Placed order on app at 509 pm. Said food would be ready at 531 pm. Checked in with cashier at 535 pm. Was told food was almost. Ready waited . Person in front of me ordered after I walked in got hee food and left. At 6 pm I was still waiting. Was told by staff the did not know I was waiting. I paid online and already checked in twice. Pass poor customer relations.
First as we ordered the total sounded off but ok then get to the window and of course the total was different then get home and was shorted on shrimp I paid for six I want six of them and really rethinking as to why I eat there when most of the workers look as if they don't shower

I was in the drive thru for 35 min! 20 min. waiting to make an order (10 min. of that sitting at the call box after the lady said, "just a moment"). Then 15 min at the window! What is wrong with this place?!? Restaurants in Tullahoma seem to be going down bad in customer service and customer importance. Actually, the food was good when we FINALLY got it.
