okay so we went through the drive thru and they took my ordered within 10 mins of sitting there which isn’t an issue at all but we sat in the line behind a car for 40 MINUTES. when we got to the window the customer service was unbearable and we felt very unwanted and unwelcome. it also seems to look as the personal hygiene was not very good of the person working the window. i completely understand that not everyone has the accessibility to have the best personal hygiene but this was extremely bad. i definitely will not be coming back to this location. i hope that management can solve this issue and get things back to how they were a couple years ago.

I was in the drive thru for 35 min! 20 min. waiting to make an order (10 min. of that sitting at the call box after the lady said, "just a moment"). Then 15 min at the window! What is wrong with this place?!? Restaurants in Tullahoma seem to be going down bad in customer service and customer importance. Actually, the food was good when we FINALLY got it.
My rating went from 5 stars to 1 star. We have tried to eat here 3 times recently. Every time, we just have to leave after waiting for soooo long. Cars drop out of the drive thru line like flies. Short staff or whatever it is, it's gonna kill the business.

The bathroom smells horrendous, you can smell it in the eating area. I gagged while trying to use the restroom on how bad it smelt in here. Had to hold my breath just to pee. This is ridiculous.

This Captain D'S was super disappointing. Needed a quick meal before getting to our Airbnb... got the meal, but not quickly. It took way too long. It seemed like they cater to the drive through and push the inside orders off some. We watched them turn away lots of people that wanted to sit down and have a meal because the dining room closes at 6:30, but there is no sign on the door. The restaurant was not very clean either. Felt grummy. I'd go somewhere else..

Love the food from here. I used to get my dinner right after work, but the new hours now make it so I have to go somewhere else. Online hours say open until 10pm but they now close at 8pm for whatever reason. What kind of fast food place closes at 8pm?! That's literally when a lot of people eat dinner. Sad because I loved this place and I can't even get it now because of the early closing.
Placed order on app at 509 pm. Said food would be ready at 531 pm. Checked in with cashier at 535 pm. Was told food was almost. Ready waited . Person in front of me ordered after I walked in got hee food and left. At 6 pm I was still waiting. Was told by staff the did not know I was waiting. I paid online and already checked in twice. Pass poor customer relations.

Went inside and smelled strange, pieces of fish on floor and when we got to the counter there was a cockroach next to the kitchen door. Left so can't speak for the food taste and quality.

First as we ordered the total sounded off but ok then get to the window and of course the total was different then get home and was shorted on shrimp I paid for six I want six of them and really rethinking as to why I eat there when most of the workers look as if they don't shower
