“I support the Boardwalk because this is a local hangout where folks can meet up and relax. We are a small community that has been through so much, from the train explosion to tornadoes to floods. But we are a Tight Community. We are resilient, we pull together and support each other. I witnessed firsthand how hard Lori Roche worked through the pandemic to keep this business thriving. I proudly wear my T-shirt. She’s a hard working woman who’s dedicated to this business and she loves her community and friends who gather here. The Boardwalk is our little “Cheers” in Waverly! Folks born after 1990 may not have a clue what I’m talking about! I’m proud we have this business where “everybody knows your name”! If you haven’t had their pizza or paninis you’re missing out! They will fix it however you like it and don’t mind special orders at all! I’m not a fan of Ranch dressing so I order a chicken bacon Alfredo panini instead and it’s Divine! I believe we should support all of our local businesses and build each other up. That’s what friends do! Nothing good is ever accomplished from negative comments or slandering. I would like to go on record recommending everyone visit the Boardwalk and meet the friendly bartenders and the hard working manager Lori Roche for themselves. Order from their menu and relax awhile. I’m positive you will walk away feeling good!”

“We went to Samuel’s for the first time tonight for dinner. The ribeye steak was grilled to perfection and melt in your mouth tender. The grilled Mahi Mahi was light and flaky with a delicious lemon butter sauce. Our server Charlotte was outstanding. The food, service and ambience made for an amazing dining experience. We’ll definitely be back.”

However..
When Kendall is working everything is always perfect, she is so friendly, always remembers her regulars, she's overall a perfect carhop and person. In fact I refused to go to sonic for about a month because she wasn't there. If I don't see her vehicle I don't stop. Kendall keep up your job and always keep that beautiful personality”

“Our experience here was outstanding. Humberto was an excellent server. We had a party of 8 and he handled the orders with no issues. The jumbo margarita was good, and we split the molcajete which was a party on the palette! The shrimp, chicken, steak, and chorizo were seasoned perfectly! “I got a whopper last week. And the meat was raw. I called them when I found the raw meat. And she said I can come back the next day to get a refund. When I did she asked if I had the receipt and I said they didn't give me one. But she put my name in the book. She said if not her problem with an attitude. And I said I'm calling corporate. I will never go back to burger King in waverly ever again......”

“This was a Taco Bell / KFC so I actually had a chicken sandwich. The sandwich was good but why is the sandwich 5.00 and the combo 10.00. 5.00 for a drink and fries? I did originally go for Taco Bell but when they are together it does not show up on the mobile app. Restrooms could use a little work.”
