“After working all day clearing out a storage shelter my wife and I went to Winchester and ate at Jefferson's. My wife had fried mushrooms and a steak quesadilla and she said it was outstanding.
I had a large cheeseburger with a 10 piece chicken wing side and it was very good as well,
Also enjoyed being able to watch some MMA on their many televisions while we were there.
I highly recommend. Also, our server was very friendly.”

I read that I had to walk into the office to order. The staff was very friendly and we got our food fast.
I ordered the burger.
Let's talk about a hamburger. A burger is just a burger, no matter where you go, right?
WRONG!
This burger, (a double patty cheese burger!)...was flat out phenomenal! There was special magic in this burger.
Or maybe it was the amazing view off the covered patio of the water, ringed with a sneak peek of fall colored trees.
Whatever it was, we had a great lunch and highly recommended it.
Plenty of parking up top for motorcycles is an extra bonus!

“I love the Rafael’s in Winchester. The staff is always nice, easy to deal with, and very fast. The time of day does affect the wait time but it’s worth the wait!! It always smells great inside. I recommend the house pizza or chicken parmigiana.”

“Nice restaurant with plenty of seating. The staff is courteous and friendly. They don't mind deviating a bit from the menu (like adding fresh grilled jalapenos to an item. Their Hawaiian bowl was excellent as were the salsa and queso.”
