Filo's Tavern in Winchester, TN is a must-visit gem with fantastic ambiance, impeccable service, and absolutely delicious food. The staff, like Caitlin at the bar, are attentive and knowledgeable about the menus and drinks. While the prime rib steak was slightly overcooked, it was still very good. The mashed potatoes, although underseasoned for some, were tasty. Despite being a bit pricey, it's a great spot for semi-upscale dining and great drinks. Don't miss out on trying the carrot cake!
