Seafood Restaurants near Winchester

“I have been to eat here a few times and personally I think it's one of the better restaurants in this area and probably my favorite. I had been bragging on them to my sister and brother in law from Tullahoma. The came over for lunch today and said they were disappointed. She said she ordered a BLT and the bacon wasn't cooked enough for her. She likes crisp bacon. She said she took the bacon off the bread and placed it on a paper towel. She stopped her waitress telling her the bacon wasn't done enough for her and asked would she put it in the microwave. My sister said the waitress brought the bacon back and it was still undercooked so she just ate the bread to keep from complaining. I told her if she had asked for the manager the order would have been made right. I don't know the owners personally but I feel comfortable in saying they would have made it right. This business is top notch and does not want negative comments like this. I will go back in a heartbeat!!!“

“Ate at Blue Gill Grill: Their food has improved dramatically in the last 8 years. They recently lowered their frozen drink prices from $17 to $13. That's a big plus. We love the Sidewinder potatoes and I don't think you can get a bad thing on the menu. I wish they were open all year.“

Food is fresh and tasty.Of course it is greasy, it's batter fried, that's why it is so good!!They do offer baked entrees now, but I have to have the beer batter fried stuff.Prices have gone up some, like everywhere else.They are usually fast to fill your order, so we just walk in a d order for carry out.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly parking and booth seating.“
