Ordered online for delivery by DoorDash. Food arrived timely BUT I specifically requested no ranch on one of the sandwiches. It was slathered in ranch. So, my daughter was unable to eat. Waste of money and my daughter had no lunch.

Absolutely love the food here! However, the service from the cashier was not kind. It was a young male with ginger hair and a beard; my receipt said his name was Thomas, but I'm not sure if it's his name or not; he was not wearing his name tag (Which doesn't surprise me!) He was talking to me very immaturely and practically threw my receipt in my face. Very disappointed. However a young man named Jacob was very kind to me.

I always get the hook & ladder . It's my fav !!Kid-friendliness: The grandkids love to wear the firemen hats & love the fact they get to create there own concision of drinks .
Love the "Welcome to Firehouse" greetings when you walk in. Prices has went up (what hasn't) but still a great value for the amount of food and meat on the sandwiches. I'd recommend doing the survey since you can get a free drink on the next visit to save!
