I went into this subway there was 2 people ahead of me. The lady behind the counter assumed we were all together..(due to color of our skin) was told we weren't. When it came time to dress my sub the lady literally put the condiment requested by the lady before me on my wrap then when told she was wrong. There was an issue with my online order, but the staff were very kind and understanding and fixed the issue. Franki was awesome and went above and beyond to put the customer first. Thank you!

Didn't get my sandwich today. The poor girl working on meats was the only one who was taking initiative and working. Now Kaitlyn was absolutely avoiding a line of customers including myself. I was in there at least 30 minutes. She was more concerned on getting out instead of helping the customers that all came in before for. She is horrible.
