We have been going to Dickeys for years!! However, the food has been lacking for awhile! Today we found out no more potato salad!! The chopped beef was not chopped...it was greasy and the taste not to their usual standard! It is very disappointing since it is in our neighborhood! I gave it 2 stars for close to the house!!
Not surprised by the rating of this location. Their catering service has opportunity for a vast improvement. They delivered cold Mac and cheese and the wrong bread type. The salad was also brown. We were missing some items that were clearly on the order. I ordered for an 11:40a delivery for my out of town staff coming in for a meeting. Dickeys was a no show. Great experience, I ordered a catering order and everything came out fantastic. Food was warm, delicious and packed correctly. I love quality service and this restaurant did exactly what I expected. Picking up was fast and easy with no issues. Definitely will be catering for events in the future!
