I really enjoyed my HH at Ron's. It's strictly a bar, and that's all I need it to be. They have a great beer PLUS! A good whiskey/bourbon selection. Sweet! And a really good Texas beer special I took advantage of on my visit. Staff were super courteous and attentive. My only detractors were one: the smoke smell which was strong, and two: the tip is included in your bill. While my server was good and worth the generous tip they applied, tipping is my choice. Loved this place for your local watering hole. Beer is cheap, $3 "Texas Tuesdays" where Texas beer is only $3. Huge beer list. Service was attentive and quick. Ambiance is casual. We had the appetizer sampler that had quesadillas, mozzarella sticks, wings, and onion rings. The spicy ranch and moz sticks were 10/10.

The food is fantastic here! We ordered a bacon cheeseburger with french fries, blackened chicken (w/o the bun) with bacon and grilled vegetables, and a side order of deviled eggs. It was for take out. It is the best bar food that I have ever had. Everything was high quality and worth every penny! The bartender was very friendly and helpful. We will be ordering food from here in the future.
