“I had the philly cheese steak, and the rest of the fam (kids included) had burgers. Everyone loved their meal. We went on a Sunday after church, so it was fairly quiet. The kids were entertained by the games (arcade, basketball, 'the claw') while we waited for our food. Some of the games weren't working. Some games took quarters/dollars, and some took a credit card. The atmosphere is a casual/divey sports bar. It definitely has a local casual feel to it with lots of large tvs to catch a variety of sports. It is kid friendly, but I wouldn't bring them there past early dinner on a Friday or Saturday.“

These students are trained and expected to work every aspect of the restaurant experience, from your initial welcome at the door to serving your table and cooking each meal. They are trained and supervised by multiple mentors who are on site. Additionally, each and every person working carried them self with kindness and poise. A big shoutout to our server Shyanne. She's truly found comfort in working with the public and made our experience even more special.“

“First went there earlier this year, impressed us the minute we walked in the door, employees greet you upon entering with a truly warm, illuminating smile. When we were seated, we wanted to watch a certain game and the manager, Laura really went out of her way, bent over backwards to ensure they found the game(s) we wanted to watch, then ensured that the games would stay on ! The waitress who waited on us ( can't remember her name ) was exactly like the manager, helpful, courteous and quick with her service, thus resulting in making this our favorite location for watching sports with the drinks and menu items to order, with this type service, we will always make this our number 1 location !! “This is a beautiful fine dining restaurant with excellent service. The food is good. I enjoyed the Brussels sprouts, hummus, and in house made, flat bread. The salad with salmon was very good as well, and the crab cake. The crab cake is delicious, but the order comes with one cake only.“

“Wow! This place is amazing. The menu is limited but changes frequently. The food is haute cuisine with a Texas flair. The cocktails are well done and paired well to the food. I was really entertained when the domesticated turkey would walk up and gobble at the fence. I have to eat Gluten Free and they were VERY accommodating with regard to making my meal safe for me. “I brought an out of town friend to this establishment right from the airport. It's a charming and culturally beautiful restaurant, adorned with Mexican tiles on the walls and stunning paintings. The service was inviting and welcoming. Our server was a sweet, charming man who was generous with the chips and salsa which were perfection! The chips were thin and crispy and the salsa had a perfect tangy flavor. I ordered tacos al pastor. They were served with house made flour tortillas with were fluffy and delicious. The beef was well seasoned and packed inside the tortilla. The charro beans tasted like my grandma made them. Delicious!! My mango margarita was the perfect addition to this exquisite meal. I'll definitely be returning.“

“Fantastic food and high end service. BABY WEDGE was crispy, fresh and my favorite part was the buttermilk ranch with blue cheese and crisps of beacon. Chef’s special was my main dish that included sort fish with crab lumps, Bucatini and some spices…… it was absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend SILO if you like flavor in your dish.“

My wife's recommendation is the "Lobster Bisque", and mine is the "Gumbo". Our waitress Amal, was amazing, funny, and very professional. It was a little pricey but I didn't mind considering the location.
