My husband suggested we visit Mi Cocina, as it is conveniently located near our residence and had received a 5-star rating online. We arrived around noon today. Our server, Jairo, was helpful in recommending a dish, which proved to be delicious, featuring a combination of various appetizers. The food was warm and served promptly. Jairo also suggested drinks, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff consistently displayed friendly smiles, creating a wonderful atmosphere. Jairo and the staff deserve a 5-star rating from us.”

Standing room only inside however we managed to get a table and gave ours to an older couple when they were walking in as we were done. Anyway, I just wanted to say our first visit here was nothing short of amazing. All of the employees looked to be younger and they were all so friendly, all had genuine smiles and our service was excellent with a very small wait time. Great job!”

I did a flight of 4 for $10. Limited myself to just the 4 because I had to drive. If I hadn’t been driving. I probably could have tried another 8, they all sounded so good. Good thing I don’t live in the area cause I’d probably go broke eating lunch and dinner every day”

In addition, the manager who greeted me when I arrived refunded me my money, gave me a free drink, and let me know I was eligible for employee discounts. THIS is how you customer service!! I'll be using that discount a lot! He deserves an award”

“WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Our entire order of 5 turned out amazing. I’m not kidding you. Our party had a couple of picky eaters and even they loved and enjoyed what they ordered. Ok so we ordered the the bruschetta sampler, three bruschetta styles one style was topped with the butteriest filet. I ordered the chicken limone, it was the juiciest chicken filet on a bed of garlic mashed potatoes topped with the perfect lemon caper cream sauce. Definitely will be back very soon!”

We had a grilled sirloin steak, veggies and rice, and grilled lamb chops with veggies and rice. The veggies were steamed and fresh. The rice had a wonderful flavor to it. We will certainly be back, and highly recommend it. The atmosphere was great, as it is a converted two story house. Our room was simply decorated with pictures and well designed color scheme.”

I drink unsweetened iced tea, and she brings me a new glass of tea before I have even finished the one I am drinking. Everyone is so friendly! The food is great, and if something is wrong with it they quickly replace it. This has only happened a time or two, one of which was my fault for not ordering correctly. In spite of that they still graciously replaced it. I can't recommend this place enough!”

“I stopped in for breakfast since my hotel breakfast was unappealing. They happened to have a $5 deal which included a breakfast Jack, 3 French toast sticks and a hashbrown. So I got that along with an egg roll. Everything was very good and an excellent deal as well. There's no JITB near me so I stop in whenever I get the chance and they never disappoint.”

“Dining addresses lobby open till 11 pm so we drove here, by all means I understand that if business is slow and possibly security precautions, Y’ll elected to closed dining earlier. No problem 😉 but in our situation is not always convenient to drive thru option. We wanted to enjoy our favorite type of treat which is McDonalds. Kevin did not refuse to serve our order acknowledging that we are not the best candidate for drive thru.
So not only he did Above and Beyond with the best attitude but his service was 5 stars from beginning to end.

I ordered Mickey Mouse pancakes for my sons and they had such a kick out of it, but the pancakes were very delicious! I ordered a caramel latte with the chicken skillet bowl. Both were packed with flavor and it left me wanting to come back for more! Thank you, Sofra for being the best spot to dine in Allen Texas for breakfast. Can’t wait to come back again and also try the lunch menu.”

The young lady who took my order was very sweet and patient with me while I was deciding what to order. I ordered the Junior Burger with the veggies and added grilled jalapenos. OH MY!!!! This was one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. It was cooked perfectly and super delicious! It is right up there with my favorite burger place in McKinney. I never thought I would find a burger that was better than theirs, but now I have! You MUST give JC's a try. You will not regret it! Don't put this off. Don't think twice about it. JUST GO! :-)”

“When this location was first opened, they could not do anything correctly. But since January 2023 they are great! I always order on the app and pick up inside. They have gotten my order correct every time. It's not always ready when I go in to pick it up, but that's okay. As soon as I tell them the order I am picking up, they fix it right away with nice hot food! This place is way too close to my house. As a result, I go there way too much!😋”
