WORST CUSTOMER SERVE IN THE WORLD Waited 30 minutes for employees to show up 11:50 employees and managers annoyed us at the door to answer questions of when they where going to open up. Was we annoyed because of being black NO STAR

Worst place ever. At least hire the so called GM of this place who has some basic training in ethics, customer interaction and decency. This place already is one of the dirtiest Location, below average food and on top of it has hired most unprofessional staff. Shame on you. If only I could give zero stars.

Absolutely pathetic experience. Avoid Avoid Avoid. It is beyond shameful when the staff argues with customers when they complain about bad service and below average food quality. To the owner- do yourself a favor and train your people with basic mannerism and customer service, it will save your business.

Friendly employees! Fast service and fresh food! Can’t go wrong with that!

This burger IM location is pretty shoddy in quality. In service and in quality of the food. I decided to go to this one on my way home and remembered how good the falafel burger was at the Wylie location .The guy on the phone sounded like he had little to no phone etiquette, or wasn’t trained well on phones. Didn’t tell me how long it would be. So I just gave them 20 mins and then I showed up at the restaurant. Ordered the falafel burger with sweet potato fries. When I got there it didn’t seem too packed and when the lady told me the total, I hesitated on if I should pay before even seeing the food, since it was my first time at this location. But I was like nah, I’ll go ahead and pay befitting seeing it and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Should have followed my gut. $11+ tax in total for the whole combo. A bit on the pricey side but, I figured oh well. When I got food the fries were already cold, hard, and the WRONG fries. I got regular instead of sweet potato. I was a little peeved and I asked how long it would take to make the correct fries. She replied “4 mins”. I decided not to wait since I was needing to be somewhere, and thought it be perfect to just swing by and get it on my way. As for the burger, the pickles were soggy and tasted old. Same went for the patty. Lacked in flavor and freshness. The party too was soggy and didn’t taste right. Gave them 1 extra star since they had meatless options at least. It was pretty gross. I do NOT recommend this place. Or at least this location. I’ll stick to the one in Wylie from now on. Better quality food.

We expected it to be a premium burger place with “high quality” meat. I ordered the Angus Beef burger California style (w/avocado). It was like eating Mcdonald’s dollar menu. The meat wasn’t even a quarter pound, clearly frozen, and low quality. There was a tiny piece of avocado on half of it. My sister’s turkey burger was the same. Turkey was so thin, and had very little meat.

Great service and great selection.. Had a little trouble ordering but person at the bar help us figure it out. Great to have a better selection of food at the outlets. I definitely enjoyed my trio. The awesome part, you can order different types of burgers on your trio order. Oh, They also have beer too. Great way to kill time while the wife shops. ?..

I've tried this place a few times, it's okay on it's best days. Pretty over priced even for a good tasting burger. Everything except for these burgers are bigger in Texas. HOWEVER if you're a fan of salads, the salads look good but they never have the ingredients for salads. I've been 5 times to order a salad and have yet gotten a salad. I cant help but laugh at how poor the service is too.

Worst food ever and I had low expectations of an outlet restaurant. Save you $12 and grab a bar at vitamin world!!

First off the establishment is not clean, pretty unorganized. I bought a combo, but was never told that almost all the syrups in the drink machine were empty. I don't drink soda, but I do drink lemonade or sweet tea or something, but they couldn't even let you know. When I go to let the employees know that the drinks are out and 50% of the drinks are grayed out, the employee laughs at me like I was being unreasonable. You don't have half the product you advertise you have for a beverage and then you mock your customer. Then after getting my order wrong three times, I finally give up and just eat what they give me, still didn't get a chance to try the caliente. And then when I ask for a manager, everyone laughs and act like I'm being unreasonable again. No management presence, cocky employees and crap food. Very disappointed by the quality of this franchise. I will let my buddy back in LA know so he can talk to the owner of the franchise because this so poorly ran. How do you run out of everything on Saturday???!? I could see Sunday night or Monday, but Saturday???? That is your busiest day. Won't be returning here again.

I would honestly leave 0 stars if I could. I walker into a completely empty restaurant and wasn't greeted because no one was out front when the cashier finally surfaced from the back he didn't even greet me just looked at me. It was my first time so I had questions and he had no answers. Let's talk about the food, I'll keep it short everything was terrible. I ordered a lot of different items for friends and family. I trusted the brand because I've seen it so many times all over the DFW area , it's clear to me this is all a marketing ploy or some type of front. This place has no business being in business, I feel really ripped off. I should have listened to my gut and walked out when no one was out front.

Very much below average fast food. Soft drink dispenser was completely out of every... every soft drink. Burger was tasteless, probably pre-cooked and microwave’d. Potato was a strange cross between fried potatoes and potato chips and were cold and tasteless. Never again. This Allen location was not clean. Service was well b low average.

Just skip this location. First of all, it's another one of these fast food joints that flips the screen over to ask for a tip..."are you gonna come refill my drink at the table or wait on me? No?" Get real. A tip is for extra service not your ability to operate a register and ask me what I want to order. Next, I add a drInk and fries, walk to drink machine (with 100s of options) to find out there's only coke, Dr Pepper and sprite available. No sugar free options. Everything else is out of service. No unsweet tea either. So I'm left to drink water. After eating the little burgers and fries, I decided it wasn't even worth my 10 minutes to wait for a manager to get a refund. Just left. Won't be back

Not what I expected. I was the only one in line so they weren't busy. Bun straight from the bag was grainy tasting, not warmed at all. So much mustard that it smeared all over my face and dripped on my clothes. Burger patty was cold. Fries/chips were cold. Altogether a meal I would never waste my money on again.

Preformed patties not my kind of hamburger especially with no seasoning. I could do better my going to Sam's, or any where else. And an up charge for supposedly Wagyu beef, rip off.
