“I thought I'd finally give this place a try since I pass by it so often going home.I got the big hat burger combo. The burger looks like something homemade, like exactly how burgers look when you get them from the grocery store and make it at home.That's not a bad thing. it just didn't look like a fast food burger.The fries were the star, and I like the packaging it comes in, and they use seasoning salt, which made them taste even better.My only real critique is the drive-thru menu sign. I have good vision, so I was fine, but the size of the font on that thing is so tiny idk why they went with that I can only imagine some poor ol granny pulling up and it just being a complete blurr.If you have even slight vision issues go inside cause you won't be able to read the drive thru menu.“

“Portillo's is one of the BEST fast food places ever. Its fast food, but the quality far surpasses every other fast food restaurant. Their burgers are some of the best I've tasted and their special sauce is to die for. Fries are always hot and fresh! Italian beef was perfect as always, really bringing in that Chicago flavor. Note to anyone that is not familiar with Italian beef- it is supposed to be soggy and wet because what the beef is cooked in gives it its flavor. Restaurant was very clean and perfectly mashed Chicago and Texas elements. I recommend anyone and everyone to go here!“
“The food and service were amazing! My daughter crowned it the best cheesesteak that she's ever had. Tony actually came in while we were there, introduced himself, and asked how things were. I also noticed how his employees did what he asked them to do without hesitation. You don't see that very often anymore. We highly recommend this place. “I've been wanting to try this place for a while after great reviews from others in the area. It did not disappoint! I grabbed a Caesar Salad with Chicken for myself and a chicken soup for someone else (I didn't hear their review). The salad was fresh and priced fairly. I was pleasantly surprised there was enough dressing because I prefer a lot ;) There is an opportunity to add an extra protein for a small fee. A co-worker saw my salad and said, "Hey - where did you get that?!"At this location, I love that there are two separate drive-thru lanes. One is for mobile orders, and the other is for on-demand orders.I look forward to trying out other salads, wraps, soups, and even breakfast!“

“Update 2023:Yes! The spicy biscuit is back!...I try very hard not to hold it against Chick-fil-A that they no longer have the spicy biscuit. Sometimes business decisions must be made. The employees at this location are five star because Chick-fil-A food is always five star no matter the location.“
“We absolutely love Raising Cane's. The food is always consistent and super yummy. We normally go through the drive-thru and bring it home for dinner and I only gave four stars for service and atmosphere as the drive-thru people aren't always the friendliest. I think that is the one thing that they can improve on. Customer service is everything!! Other than that, don't ever change the food as it is so yummy and amazing.“
“Family favorite. They will make your burger how you want it and even make it with lettuce as the bun and omit anything you don't want like tomatoes, onions, condiments. Mustard or mayo instead of the regular sauce can be done instead. Their fries taste good and aren't steak fries and the specialize in hamburgers and fries. No hot dogs, other sandwiches or desserts. They do make animal fries which are covered in their special sauce; kind of a thousand island taste but not as sweet) Sweet cravers: their milkshakes are delicious and taste homemade; so are their burgers.“
