I'm not sure why Pizza Hut has gotten any bad reviews. We frequently order from the location on Campbell Road in Richardson, Texas 75080 and always get exactly what we order in a timely manner with friendly service. Definitely recommend!

This is a full on complaint against the corporate ordering process. If you go through the website you are redirected to Door Dash and will pay their upgraded fees for delivery. I tried for over 30 minutes to get through to the store directly and I kept getting redirected to their main ordering number which seems like your typical call center in the middle of another country. I will not order online and pay the higher price. I ordered two orders of wings both bone in and boneless and a medium specialty pizza and through Pizza Hut it was $44 before the massive door dash fees, the same order was $28 from Dominos. So while PH definitely has better wings, we will never order from PH again. Hope the crappy website was worth it losing customers

Ordered food for delivery was quoted 30 minutes had to go pick it up my self after 2 1/2 hours. Couldn't get anyone on the phone for about an hour to even ask what was going on. They said they gave it to a door dash driver who never brought the food

Ordered food and paid the $4.50 delivery fee only to find that DoorDash delivered my pizza. Why am I paying Pizza Hut to have DoorDash deliver my food? I ordered six wings for 10.99 and got 5....five wings. I paid for dipping sauce and was told by the driver it wasn't provided. I called the store twice and both times the phone just rang until it disconnected. I understand being busy but what if I wanted to order?

Absolutely the worst store. This is the second time they have taken my order, charged me, but failed to deliver anything. And Pizza Hut's stupid, non-consumer friendly customer service, doesn't support getting answers. I have been charged fraudulently and will request a charge back through my credit card. Shame on my for even giving them a second chance. You should NOT ever, EVER give these people your business.

I ordered from the actual website because I don't trust door dash drivers. Turns out they deliver by none other than door dash!!! Absolute crap! The pizza box wasn't even sealed with a sticker or anything to prevent tampering from some nasty, crusty door dash driver. Immediately Threw the pizza away. Complete waste of money!

This place is right down the street from my house so it's my go-to pizza place when I have a craving for pizza. I never had any bad experiences with it.

Since when does Pizza Hut require you to tip the delivery drivers? I just had an order delivered and the driver would not leave until my daughter gave him a tip. She was told that the tip could not be $0.00. When I called to talk to my local store, the person that answered the phone was very rude and told me that drivers only make $4.00 an hour and it was my job to tip them because that's how they got paid. As far as I know, tipping should be optional based on performance. But to be told that a tip was required and the driver wouldn't leave without one is outrageous.
For the third time in a row from the third different location, Pizza Hut has dropped the ball again. This used to be one of my favorite pizza places. I don't know what's going on with this company, but for the third time in a row, they screwed up the order somehow. This time, I ordered carry out for a specific time on my way to work. Arrived to pick it up and they had sent it out with a delivery. Wha? So I had to wait for them to remake it. For 30 MINUTES!!! Needless to say I was late for work. And they didn't even offer a refund or anything. Very disappointed and not sure if I've got the patience to try a 4th different location. Edit: Wow. That was terrible. Had two pieces and threw the rest away. It'll be a VERY long time before I give any Pizza Hut another chance.

The managers that work here are morons. The driver put our pizza on the floor when there was a perfectly good table in our entryway. When we called and explained that the website stated that the pizza would not be put on the floor we were told; "not every corporation follows the rules to the letter," meaning it's our fault that the pizza was left on the ground even though the website states that pizza would not be placed on the floor. It's common sense not to leave food on the floor outside. Even if I were to let this pass the pizza was so greasy it fell apart as we were eating it and the slices were cut so uneven (one slice was a quarter of the pizza the other was a small sliver). Will not be ordering from this location again.

We ordered delivery couple times and take out. Always fresh and tasty. Delivery is super quick. Highly recommend, great pizza place.
