This is a full on complaint against the corporate ordering process. If you go through the website you are redirected to Door Dash and will pay their upgraded fees for delivery. I tried for over 30 minutes to get through to the store directly and I kept getting redirected to their main ordering number which seems like your typical call center in the middle of another country. Ordered food for delivery was quoted 30 minutes had to go pick it up my self after 2 1/2 hours. Couldn't get anyone on the phone for about an hour to even ask what was going on. They said they gave it to a door dash driver who never brought the food

I'm not sure why Pizza Hut has gotten any bad reviews. We frequently order from the location on Campbell Road in Richardson, Texas 75080 and always get exactly what we order in a timely manner with friendly service. Definitely recommend!
