I ordered and paid for a sandwich on my mobile app, and when I arrived to pick it up, I was told the kitchen was closed due to limited staffing. But the manager, Sean, apologized for the inconvenience and made the sandwich himself. He even offered a couple of fountain sodas and an extra sandwich for free, and apologized again for the troubles. Better than usual, the only person working was the nicest person I'd come across all day and before she helped me, I had to give her some time to make it back to the register. It definitely was not a problem. Thought she'd have an attitude for all the work and customers, but I was surprised when she was just as cheerful as could be!! I wish I would've gotten her name. I vote her in for Employee of the Month or Year.

Not much better than the racetrac across the street. QT built a gas station to facilitate 20 plus vehicles refueling but cans up short in the restroom facilities with only 2 toilets. At least it didn't smell as bad as the Racetrac so it got 3 stars for minimal effort.
