Interesting, shop was super busy, very crowded store. Had long wait on Saturday evening. The staff was so kind helping everyone where few customers were already frustrated. Asked for refreshments any, those all already ran out. But overall nice hangout place middle of long shopping.
Slowest bunch of workers. I come here only because I work at the outlets. It takes them double the time as they wander looking so confused, chatting way too much, and overall, are definitely not in a hurry to get drinks out. Need new management to get it at the pace it needs to be for such a busy place.

The baristas were so kind and the service was very fast. I loved the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso! It was so good and I got my drink quickly. The barista named Siena took my order, and she was so sweet and polite. The baristas behind the bar were very diligent and worked quickly. Overall, I had a really great experience here and enjoyed my coffee.
