I go to this Starbucks at least 4 times per week, and I always order ahead. Previously, I was always able to walk in and out without any delay. However, the last 3 times I’ve been in, I’ve had to wait several minutes for my drink order. No one was in line (inside or out) but there were 6 online orders waiting. Not sure why the backup. Hope it corrects itself.
I love Starbucks. I may even be addicted. This is one my favorite locations in the area! The line moved quickly. My ham & Swiss croissant was scrumptious and my z matcha tea with oat milk was made just how I like it!! I'll do my best to make it to this location sooner then later!!

You kind of know what you get when you go to starbucks. The things that are the differentiators are the people putting out the coffee and the people interacting with you. This one has the same person in drive-thru all the time, and she's not a very good representative of the company. She's pleasant, she's polite. But very pedestrian.
