You kind of know what you get when you go to starbucks. The things that are the differentiators are the people putting out the coffee and the people interacting with you. This one has the same person in drive-thru all the time, and she's not a very good representative of the company. She's pleasant, she's polite. But very pedestrian. She could care less whether you're there or not. She's just there to hand out your drink. Lots of Starbucks have a great people that are really really happy deserve.

I go to this Starbucks at least 4 times per week, and I always order ahead. Previously, I was always able to walk in and out without any delay. However, the last 3 times I’ve been in, I’ve had to wait several minutes for my drink order. No one was in line (inside or out) but there were 6 online orders waiting. Not sure why the backup. Hope it corrects itself.

I frequent here often and I can't say I've ever had any issues. But whoever was working the window on 9/10/23 around 1:00 pm does not have good customer service. I placed a mobile order and decided to pick up in the drive thru. I pulled up to the window and kindly said hello. But the employee didn't say a word back to me. She just handed me my drink and shut the window. No greeting, thank you, or goodbye. The drink I ordered was fine, but would recommend the managers to encourage their employees to smile. And, at the very least, respond when a customer greets you. It just seems rude.

I love Starbucks. I may even be addicted. This is one my favorite locations in the area! The line moved quickly. My ham & Swiss croissant was scrumptious and my z matcha tea with oat milk was made just how I like it!! I'll do my best to make it to this location sooner then later!!

Awful service. Spent full 15 minutes waiting for my coffee. When I asked if it's still in the works, all I received was "We're running a bit behind". Another 5 minutes later (when she catches up on all work) she finally proceeded to ask what was my order, just to find out that they made the wrong coffee. Another 5 minutes to finally get what I ordered. That's $6 cup of coffee experience for you. Did not even bother to say sorry. Not gonna be back for a while and screw tipping upfront.
