Very thick and dry. Little to no taste. Too much dough. Very bad, me and my daughter only ate one bite each and put it down. Do not recommend.

Walked in at about 3:30 pm and they had nothing but two orders of the pretzel bites and there was about a 10 min wait for other flavors. We decided to wait and came back, as you can imagine, it was pretty backed up. However, the workers were friendly and apologetic and tried hard to go fast. We got the pizza pretzel and the strawberry lemonade. Wow the lemonade is horrible. So sweet and syrupy we couldn't finish it. The pizza pretzel was solid but nothing amazing.

This place is never open. Advertising to close at 9 but came at 7 to the doors being locked. This is the 3rd time I have tried to come to this location and it was either closed early or had really old food that did not look appetizing in the window.

Very hard to screw up something like a baked pretzel. Bavarian Grill down 75 offers them as sort of an appetizer or sorts and they are home made and cooked perfectly.So proclaiming yourself with a German name, Wetzel, and naming yourself a pretzel place - expectations are for something even close to a properly done pretzel - and aspirations that it would allow you to close your eyes and imagine mustard and the soft salty goodness of a German pretzel.Let me dissolve any and all hopes here.Nothing good, and not even beer to make up for the shoddiness you get from apathetic teenager help who gave zero care for service, quality, speed or cleanliness. One would hope of all aspects there one would shine but in this case none are present.Not only will I never return to this location, I was so insulted and disappointed that I will never return to any “Wetzel’s Half Baked Zero Cares Pretzels” ever again.Half a mind to send a letter to corporate but knowing they allow locations like this to continue operation makes be believe they would not care and just keep taking franchisees money and customer money and not care.If you come here set expectations very low and from the other reviews watch your receipt for theft.

This was my first visit to this store. I am sad to say the pretzel itself was cold and while the bag of pretzel bites contained plenty of bites, they tasted like bread with a hint of salt on them.

I paid for my 3.90 order today with my credit card. After paying and asking for a receipt, I'm handed a receipt that days 8.90, five dollars added as a tip which I didn't add. So after asking them to refund it, all the kids flee to the back of the store. Then another girl apologized and refunded my "tip" as wetzel bites. I'm sure so they can keep their "tip"last week I was charged 10 dollars for my pretzel, I checked my credit card after this experience. My order was only 5 dollars, so they robbed me twice.. I was so appalled at the audacity of these kids thinking they can just steal money from their customers. And please don't reply to contact wetzels customer service. Train your employees better
Every time I come to this place, they don’t have anything! You would think since they’re located in a busy, commercial area, they would be prepared for customers. It’s not the case in this place.

Okay, listen: I know a lot of reviews are probably right, but my experience was soooo good. The pretzels were the perfect consistency. The butter, the salt, the CHEESE. AHHH SO GOOD.

Bought pretzel and drink. Tip option was 30%, 50% or 70% on the card machine. Fully respect workers being at risk and will tip appropriately, but not in this manner. Hopefully was a card machine error

I was just given old pretzels and called the store twice. Someone named “Gabe” answered saying it was Spencer’s and not Wetzels Pretzels. Not sure why it’s funny to play around with someone’s food or time.
