Food and drink were spot on. The grouper melt was an amazing array of flavors, the Tuna tower for the table was very fresh and tasty, great BLT salad, Cajun risotto and the white negroni, smooth and intentional. The sourdough bread was an awesome start and the boursin divine. Great meal, can't wait to go back and try something else.”

Pondaseta has a nice tap with with plentiful seating indoors and out, on site food options, and plenty of cool merch to rep their brand.
Beer tenders are nice, friendly crowd, and a large selection of beer styles for you to find something you will enjoy. Definitely check this place out when you are in Amarillo.”

“Went to Texas Roadhouse with my wife and almost 96 year old Mother in Law today. The food was Great, but I think the staff was even better (if that is possible). It was starting to get crowded when we were leaving and everyone was so helpful as we were assisting her with her rollator walker. They made sure we had a clear path to exit. Two of the young ladies saw us coming and rushed to the doors to clear a path and open the doors for us. The good food, excellent service and wonderful staff made for a great experience for the three of us. THANK YOU Texas Roadhouse in Amarillo. We will be back.”

“I found Toscana to be an amazing dining experience! I ordered the Caesar Salad for starters, and was a generous portion, well dressed with shaved parmigiana cheese and crispy croutons! The main course I chose, was the Braised Short Rib, Vegetables and substituted for the mashed potatoes! This was served beautifully, and the short rib was, fork tender. There was a light brown gravy which was ok, but I'm not a fan of gravy overall, but had a nice flavor. I ended with their homemade chocolate chip gelato, a generous portion and was delicious! I would highly recommend this restaurant!”

“We are always quick to complain but neglect giving credit when it is due. We love the Plaza and food, but nobody is perfect. We had an out-of-town guest who'd never eaten at the Plaza, so of course with our rave reviews we had to get takeout. The person who took our order was obviously in a hurry but did correctly repeat our order. We picked it up and on arriving home our guest did not get what was ordered. Disappointedly I called and "Tony" answered the phone. The result being Tony gave us a credit for what we should of had on our next order. We used it promptly a night later and all went well and was delicious. We want to tip our hat to Tony for handling this situation so well and maintaining our business while gaining a new customer. The Plaza is fortunate to have such a fine and credible employee!!”

“We had an amazing experience at Spicy Mike's BBQ! When we arrived, first thing we noticed was several local people eating their lunch there - a sure sign of good food and fair prices. Seeing this, we ordered the 3-meat plate, and it was fantastic! And the portion was generous, perfect for two people to share. I'm a big fan of smoked ribs, I eat them everywhere I can find them (they’re rare in Europe!), and I can confidently say that all the meat at Spicy Mike's BBQ is EXTREMELY good!
What truly made our visit special was that Mike himself came to our table (and others too) to check if we were enjoying our meal. We ended up having a delightful chat about our two-week road trip across the U.S., trying to explore as many states as possible! We even took a photo with Mike!:)
And last but not least - another customer overheard our conversation with Mike about our trip and he bought us a desert!:) What a lovely, kind gesture. We will remember this visit for a long time for sure and will be grateful forever for the warmth and generosity we experienced at Spicy Mike's BBQ.”

As well as the new chicken and shrimp cacciatore and it was also flavorful and delicious.”

“We were told it would be a 40 minute wait for 2 people ( did not take near that long, maybe 5 minutes wait tops) regardless we decided to sit at the bar which had seats available immediately. The bar staff was incredible Hope, Erick, Katelyn, and the other guy (Ericks look alike twin) were on point with service and very friendly. We were not up for the 72oz challenge but we knew we couldn't come to a world famous steak house and not try the steak so we ate fried mushrooms as an appetizer, a steak plate, and a quesadilla plate.. the serving sizes were rather hefty and neither of us finished our plates.. Im really looking forward to these leftovers on our 8 hour drive home this evening, we will be stopping every time in the future!”

“Our waiter was Hayden. He was very accommodating and quick. Although the cooks need to be checking the food before sending it out. My fiesta lime chicken was RAW in the middle, and with the lighting, it was very hard to see it. Hayden was very apologetic and had it fixed as soon as we brought it to his attention. He was great and super polite. My food was fixed, but just to be safe be sure to check your food!”
