Made my food to go instead of for here. When I asked is this for here? she said everything is made the same to go. Then why ask? The roast beef and cheddar did not taste fresh or like the ones from other Arby's.

We have been coming here regularly for months & they have had some issues. They now have a new GM who is FABULOUS & and almost entirely new staff! They strive to get it right which is an especially big deal for me due to my food allergies.Dietary restrictions: I'm allergic to wheat & they make every effort to make everything safe for me.

Their new interior design is not conducive to walk In customers. I have stood here a very long time waiting to get my order taken, meanwhile 7 or 8 customers have ordered and gone through the drive through. Arby’s please reconsider your design, as your employees cannot see walk in customers at all. The door alarm did make an obnoxiously irritating noise when I walked in, but I assume with all the noise in the kitchen the employees could not hear it. The lady who waited on me definitely tried to make everything right, but the obnoxious alarm going off inside made my dining experience less than pleasurable. If I had not have been on foot and disabled, I would have left. I don’t think this is the employee’s fault, just bad planning on the corporation.

Waited 10 minutes to order. Noone in line in front of me. Going on 15 minutes since I ordered and no food yet. Not busy either. Only 6 people in the dining room.

Little slow due to shortage of employees. You could hear the manager fussing, she just needed chill pill, the food was excellent! They did an excellent job, even if there was a staff shortage. God bless those nice people?
