I would give it less if it were an option. My Uber driver told me, when dropping me off at the nearby motel, that it was the worst place. So, as someone who waited tables I figured it was just his experience. Horrible service. Long wait with no customers. Food was cold. Overall negative 5 stars. Do better
Parking: The parking lot was smaller but there was plenty of parking on a Tuesday morning.Kid-friendliness: The tables are set farther apart from each other which gives room for a stroller or child seat.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is on the first floor with handicap parking spots which are van accessible.
The waitresses were great but the food was not like before..pancakes came out cold and they just were flat and didn't taste good like usual even though I got another order. Not sure what's going on, but definitely fix the pancake issue or the way cooks make it..because it's IHOP?. Service was good and polite from servers.

I wish I could give no stars at all, first of all I did an online order waited 1 hr for my food, and only had 2 plates. Eggs and toast were hard as a rock. The staff besides the manager, just looked at me and didn't help me like I wanted to just stand at the counter. Staff was really the worse part of this place. Seen orders under the heat lamp just sittin there the whole time I waited for my food I wouldn't recommend this place at all terrible‼️

Completely messed up my order and won't fix it. Why do I have to call the delivery people when they didn't make the order they just picked it up. I'm ordered through your app and there's nowhere to complain or contact. What a joke won't be ordering from here anymore. Burnt bacon burnt burger patties didn't even get my drink and my sides were supposed to be pancakes and eggs. Y'all just threw a broke up biscuit out in a container slapped some cheap on it and threw in some burnt bacon and covered it with scrambled eggs. Completely inedible and the container was open when it arrived

10pm arrival. Food quality was horrible, especially for the price. Waitress was good and apologetic, but had to remake a simple omelette, my son found 3 hairs in his food. The omelette was spicy poblano and was missing half the ingredients as listed, hashbrowns were not cooked well done as ordered, cheese sauce was watered down and just plain gross (this was 2nd remake). $75 ticket for 4 and all we got was a decent cup of coffee and drink order.There was not even am attempt to compensate for the lousy cook's performance and quality of food.Shame on you.

We were traveling and stopped in for breakfast. We had a very sweet and attentive waitress, Ciomarra (not sure if spelling is right). Checked on us frequently, refilling our coffee. The French Toast was super thick and delicious.
