I never got food. I got there at 1235 lunch time. I ordered extra crispy and it was going to be 15 minutes because they were out. So I went to taco bell. You're a chicken place and out of crispy at 1230 for lunch. Do you not plan ahead. There was 1 vehicle in front of me. Not busy inside or out. Seems like you have a plan for lunch.

Every time my husband and i come here it is about the worst chicken we could get. My husband always gets a 3 piece meal and it is always a tiny wing a drumstick with hardly any meat on it and a thigh that is worth it either. For the price yall charge it would be nice to get decent chicken. Also the mashed potatoes are always runny. We gave a benefit of a doubt the fist couole times but this is like the 10th time its happened and now my husband never wants to come back. Its just ridiculous.

We got 2 potato bowls, both of which weren't even half full. Mine had 3 small pieces of chicken in it. Our drinks were wrongAnd my daughter got a total of 12 French fries with her meal. The guy at the windo was an a$$h0/e to me and rushed me away after he gave me the food. Trued to call and complain but no answer. Dont go to the kfc on ross.

The food is good for the most part but closing times listed at these places need to be updated or they need to stay open until the time it indicates. Locations of Ross and the Amarillo Blvd people are rude. I hope they completely close the one on Ross. When asked for the number to corporate office they will not give it to you. I worked in fast food for a long time and I know they are supposed to give the number you asked for. AVOID ROSS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!
It's KFC... can't really go wrong. The restaurant is clean and quiet and the service is wonderful.

Sat at drive thru speaker for 16 minutes until they officially closed, so I couldn't order. Typical, last time we came they were "out of chicken" smh

When we walked there were five people behind the counter, three facing us including the manager and two with their backs to us. We waited two to three minutes for them to finish their conversation in Spanish before they even acknowledged our existence. We got dirty looks for interrupting their conversation. We ordered chicken sandwiches and the meat was served at room temperature and was dry and chewy. We will NEVER eat there again.

We continue to order from this location and we should know better! Every single time something is wrong with our order. My mom called and told them some items were missing from our order and the manager had the nerve to tell her that we needed to bring the whole order back in and was hateful about it!
