Received the wrong food in our order. When my wife went back to get it fixed, they weren't surprised, showing that the workers realized they had made a mistake but didn't bother to fix it before we picked up the order.
I picked up food for the family. They were not pleased. They said the mashed potatoes and chicken strip recipes had changed from before. The potatoes almost tasted burnt. The regular bone in chicken was okay but laking actual meat on the bone. The Biscuits were down right disgusting and tasted of a big clump of FLOUR only. Not like an actual biscuit should taste and especially not like a KFC biscuit. To top everything off they wanted to try the Beyond Chicken nuggets which I ordered...read full review

I love kfc but I can't stand biscuits. Kfc used to offer rolls or biscuits. Back when I was a young man, I worked at kfc in Sacramento California, kfc in abilene texas, kfc in Denver colorado, and kfc in Southern California. So I know chicken! The biscuits didn't come in the box back. It was a roll. The gravy was made with the chicken cracklins. Cole slaw was made in house by the manager.
