OK so we go in. First thing that was super annoying is they had no list of their mix ins or at least have them labeled like they do atCold stone on Georgia. The staff...1 was ok. The other acted way to bother to tell us what you could mix in. So, we told them we were going somewhere else. We went to Cold Stone and I'll be giving them an excellent review. We won't return and 1 more thing. How can yall have no candied pecans and you took aways the pralines?!

First time coming to this store, I was confused at first but Ella helped me through ordering!
Went to get ice cream, waited 30 minutes amongst 15+ people. One guy was scooping ice cream, the other was putting up chairs (it’s 9:15pm, they close at 10pm). Extremely slow, 10 people walked out including us. Never write reviews but this one deserves -1 stars. Don’t come here if you would like to be out within a business

To start i believe this is the best icecream in town, being said that, worst service ever. Today sunday I came around 9:10 to amarillo location. When I got there everything was already picked up and refused to give us ice cream with mix ins. To my surprise i came into your website and found out that clousure time is 10:00 I really think that it is a bad customer service being taken care like that

Purely due to the night staff and I'm guessing the manager who was just all around rude to the employees. They didn't not care if people walked out. They mean mugged everyone that came in. Don't go to this place lot nicer people in other places.

Visited for my daughter's birthday. Customer service was good. Served quickly and the ice cream is very rich and absolutely delicious, with many colorful options and mix-ins. It was definitely prepared with care. This location is clean with a nice layout. My 2 tips would be that the employees should smile and greet customers.And also play some light music in the background... These 2 things would bring a bit of pizazz to the atmosphere, especially being an ice cream shop. And would definitely match the awesome ice cream served. Thank you for your service.?????
I had been craving to go to Marble Slab for a couple months but haven’t had the time, so my grandmother and I decided to have an ice cream date yesterday and chose to go to Marble Slab. We walked in and I had already decided I wanted the Rum flavored ice cream and my grandmother had wanted to get two flavors to mix. She hadn’t ever had the Rum flavored and asked the guy helping us if Rum flavored and Chocolate flavored would be a good combination and instead of responding in a respectful manner and just letting my grandma know that they didn’t have Chocolate he responded VERY monotoned and rudely and said “It might be, but we don’t have chocolate.” And when she had decided to just go with the Rum flavor only she wanted it in a cone, and she wasn’t aware of the sizes and instead of asking her how much ice-cream she wanted in her cone he stared at her pointed to the sizes. His customer service was plain awful and he acted like we were idiots; not mention he had a hard time hearing us due to his headphones being in his ears the whole time.Furthermore, there was ice cream all over the trash cans making it sticky for us and other customers.

Ice cream is very good miss some of the other employees that used to work there but left because of poor management and not communicating with the employees to get a better understanding of what is going on in the store I guess Dairy Queen it will be for now on
