I haven't had Rosa's since college years ago so when my friend recommended their breakfast tacos as a breakfast option I was excited. We got chorizo, potato, and a burrito. They came piping hot, stuffed to the brim, and with soft tortillas. Only downside was the drive thru lady was hard of hearing so my friend ordering had to repeat herself multiple times and the chorizo was a tad oily. The salsa was also very good with a sight kick to it and paired well with the chips we had at home.

As Good as it can be....it's not Taco Cabana though!!!
The food doesn't taste the way it should, from the queso to the basic beef burrito nothing on the menu is prepared the way it ought to be as it is in Odessa& Midland TX where Rosa's originated. The owner Bobby Cox should send trainers out to Amarillo for a month and ensure the food is top notch at every location if he's going to charge so much for it!
