Notable lack of customer service compared to previous visits. I just wanted an empty cardboard containerso I could share my one sized bowl of chile but was denied unless I was willing to buy an additional bowl of chili! Didn't make sense to me. Maybe I'll bring my own bowl next time!Dietary restrictions: Was hoping for sugar-free ice cream but learned it is not available.

I had the most horrible experience at Braum’s on last night. I ordered my food and the fries were burned so I asked for a better order. The lady was very aggravated because I wanted fries that weren’t burned. Another employee who was a very nice young man brought me fresh fries. I went and sat down and started eating. The lady who I told about my order came to my table and said, “ this isn’t your food”. She proceeded to take my tray from in front of me and then snatched my drink. I told her ma’am the drink is my water. She told me that she would just refund me. In shock, I asked for the manager and told her what happened. I have never experienced such treatment ever!! I believe it was because I was the only black oerson in the restaurant. I will be following up with corporate.

Went in today around 4:30-5. Young girl at the front was very rude . As she was taking my father’s orders she was rolling her eyes and had a demeanor as if we were bothering her. Truly sad how the young generation treats an elderly man just trying to enjoy ice cream with his daughter . This location needs to do better

Got a new ice cream. White chocolate and macadamia nuts. It was so good.
Drive thru ice cream is a family treat for us, we stick to single scoops and it is very affordable that way. Their ice cream is always delicious and the staff are always freindly and polite.
