Braum’s has a great formula for running a restaurant chain. Good food good atmosphere reasonable prices. Unfortunately, I have never waited almost 40 minutes in line for ice cream until I went there last night. They were very short staffed. And yes it was a Saturday night so they were busy. I think this goes more towards the Management than the staff because they were doing their best. my suggestion is to forecast and staff more so that you don’t have people waiting in line...read full review
This is by far the best braums in the are. The workers are always very polite. The food always comes out hot and fresh. They take pride in their work and you can taste it and see it when you come here to eat or get ice cream.
