“While in the area we stopped in and grabbed a seasonal cup of coffee. I'm usually a little pickier and have to alter things to get it just right but this was not the case. The barista did a good job on our coffees and this is a spot I would definitely come back to, to grab a cup and go. I did not care for coffee beans all over the place and the decor inside is less than desirable. Hey. I get it, it's about the coffee and they are coffee roasters. It's a good cup!“

“Visiting the area and Babylon Coffee was recommended to check out. Probably one of the best coffee shops I’ve ever patronized. The Mexican Latte (with almond milk) was incredible, and the owner was so warm and welcoming. I would return any time, and would be a regular customer if I lived nearby.“

“Stumbled into this spot while in the area. My usual GPS didn't find this but fortunately Google did, as I haven't found a ton of stellar coffee shop options in the Euless area. Upon arriving I circled the front - entrance to coffee shop is the main entrance. There are signs but it's not abundantly clear, or at least it wasn't to me.Walking in, it's a typical clean, modern mega church type place. Nice vibes and some people scattered in different areas. I came on a weekday morning so I imagine the vibe is way busier during the weekend. The entrance to coffee shop was straight ahead and was pretty dead inside. Barista was polite but not overly friendly or engaging. Not surprising considering the general expectation of most of the subdued baristas with coffee house culture. At any rate, it was a nice quick in and out.Onto the important stuff - espresso was nice. Strong and smooth, I can't complain. My cappuccino was super hot - it's one of those places that makes it so hot your hand still gets uncomfortably hot even through a cup holder. I have to open my lid for like 10 min before I can take a decent sip. Maybe I'm just sensitive, but if you are like me just expect hotter than average coffee. 2 points for having 3 size options for cappuccinos. (Yes, I know they traditionally only come in one size but this is 'Murica, so gimme my options!). Lastly, my danish was warmed and tasty. It tasted pretty fresh. I like places such as this which realize the importance of wrapping your pastries in plastic so people aren't angry they paid $3+ for a dried out pastry. You can dip it in your coffee but I shouldn't *have to*. So I'm glad to know this chain, or at least this location, is around the corner and offers some good stuff. Now to take coffee snob hubby here for the penultimate verdict. Will update!“
