Good if you go during the morning or afternoon. Night however, not so much. Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and the line didn’t move an inch. Backed out and left after waiting for so long and seeing no progress.
Ok, guys, I'm sick of it. I don't know if there is a napkin shortage or what. PLZ, STOP GIVING US ONE NAPKIN!. Every fast food place is doing this. We are eating your greasy food on work days for breakfast or lunch. we need more than one napkin to clean up while working. You're losing stars bc of this.

Avoid this location & go a few blocks down to Cooper instead. This is second time going to this Jack in The Box Location on Matlock Rd. Each time was a terrible experience. The first time the service was ruder & food delivery was fast & warm. This last time I put an order in, never received my order. Dealt with bad service & no help the whole time. Left without my order & disappointment to avoid causing a scene.
