Customer service is horrible @ 1704 W Randol Mill Rd, Arlington, TX 76012. The hamburger and fries were cold and I asked for fresh food and the person in the drive thru got an attitude because I asked for fresh hot food. By me coming to by food is helping the employees to receive a pay check.. Training on customer service is very much needed for managers and employees.
Where’s the cheese?? I paid $3.29 for this??? I am highly disappointed.
