On June 26 at 12 I tried to order my usual order of a sundae and a corn dog. The employee taking my order was rude and told me they did not offer sundaes only shakes. She then refused to take my order and stopped answering me. I need to talk to a manager about this because I did not feel welcome.
For a fast food place, Pizza is faster. I’ve shown up at this place for just 1 drink and waited 30 minutes and I had to stop an employee and ask why it was taking so long. And don’t get me started about the woman who spilled our drinks all over the place because she was on her phone and it was just horrible service.
Absolutely terrible! We had ordered three simple drinks and waiting over 30 minutes for them! We had to eventually go to the front door because our order wasn’t delivered and the speaker button wasn’t being answered. They claimed the system went down which could be true but a step outside to tell customers the issue would’ve been nice instead of leaving us confused! Multiple cars came, pressed the button, then left because they weren’t being served!

Additionally, there have been some reports of longer wait times for orders, particularly for simpler items like shakes. Despite these occasional challenges, Sonic Drive-In remains a recommended stop for a quick and satisfying meal.
