This place has a table with just napkins and trash holes but doesn't offer a coffee bar where you can add sugar or sweetener to your drinks. Doesn't even offer stir sticks either, management really needs to fix this. The way it is set up is very unprofessional.

I was at the Ice Staking Rink. I'm a Starbucks Gold member, and I know that they have filtered water at no charge. I was very thirsty.I know they were likely closed, but the railing was not down, I noticed that they were picking up, but I simply wanted ice water, which required little to no effort. Plus, even security and a few others went in. They're obviously biased on who they give their time to.So I asked the young lady in my photo, which I took on my way out from skating, if I could have some. She responded, no.I thought she was joking, so I responded by saying, "Hey, I thought you guys weren't supposed to say no" ( I worked at Starbucks during college). I laughed because I was joking and thought she was too.But then I asked her if she was serious. She said, "we're closed." I felt a little embarrassed as there were a few people listening in on our conversation.So I let it go and decided I write this very thought-out review and give my feedback.She is not Starbucks material. Its simple. Water is always running. Ice is always available, and the cups stay there overnight. There was no effort required. She was just being a brat. The interaction was embarrassing and pretty inhumane. Especially for a place that is suppose to be accepting of all people.Sincerely,An upset, loyal, previous employee.

Do not bother stopping by here! After about 30 minutes of waiting for my coffee, I asked for a refund. Workers are running their hands through their hair and touching everything. My cup was spilled while it was getting made. While I waited, I watched how they handled everything. When I asked for a refund, a worker held the cup up and said they’re making it. I told them I will not drink that. The same cup that was knocked over in the spill tray, handled by multiple employees, and never wiped clean. How is this place still open?

Nothing but attitude. They put my coffee down and didn’t say a name so another lady came picked up my coffee took off the lid, put her nose to the rim and smelled it. Put the lid back on and said that’s not mine. I waited. I finally came up and asked if that was my coffee. The lady replied very rudely yes and I said I would like another one. Another lady came up and put her hands all over it, and put her nose to the rim of it. She snatched the coffee off the counter, threw it in the sink, made me another one and then said my name, very rudely when it was ready. Will not be going back.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The staff “apparently” does not brew decaf coffee for a traveler box. They are not a corporate store so they can’t/won’t give a refund if you purchase through the app. We still had to wait an hour for regular black coffee to be brewed for a travelers box since we couldn’t get a refund. We inquired about the long wait several times and was greeted with an eye roll.

DO NOT GO HERE. I ordered 2 drinks at 11:55am and got them at 12:45pm...and the order was wrong. There is no drive-through here and only 2 people in front of me. There were over 8 people waiting for drinks for around 30 minutes each, and were all waiting for a refund. They do not call out your name when drinks are ready. The guy making the drinks was just lethargic and just listening to his headphones without a care in the world. RUDE and VERY SLOW. When I finally got my order, (which just was 2 Peppermint Mocha's, hot) One was hot and one was iced and the wrong size. When I asked about it I was met with attitude and eyes rolling. Starbucks needs to send someone from corporate down there , undercover, and show up on a Saturday and just order a drink. Its a catastrophe, you'll see.

It is Ridiculous having to wait close an Hour for your MOBILE order .. waited patiently for over 20 mins because I understand they stay busy but as i went up to the Bautista to ask about my order they weren’t even looking at the mobile orders, and when he gets to my order tells me they dont have the stuff I ordered anymore , this New staff aint it, they are all over the place , be sure to have patience when ordering for 30+minutes for your order

Asked for a basic chai tea and received a chai tea latte. I confirmed with the girl I received it from that it was a basic tea, but it had foam at the top, which indicated syrup that I was trying to avoid. The tag also has latte on it! Not what I ordered.

I came here to buy a drink and well they didn't have venti cups which is fine I went with Grande but I asked for a water cup and they denied me a water cup, like who does that. Never have I been denied water anywhere that was just poor customer service. I get it we are busy its the holidays you cant help it if you run out of items but if you know your going to be busy and its a busy store order and plan ahead.
