Pleasantly surprised! This is the 1st Subway I've gone to in a while that was fully stocked. Service was good and quick.

The food was good the atmosphere on the outside was a little scary a lot of stragglers hanging around and the sandwich artist was not customer service friendly at all. I asked for a water cup and he didn't give me one.

Ordered online, had to wait in store another at least 30 minutes for order to get fixed. Couldn't get what I ordered on one of the sandwiches had to substitute. Had to wait at least 8 minutes for the bread to be ready, Flatbread was frozen and had to be thawed. Could not have steak, it had just come off the truck and was frozen. Completely dissatisfied. Will never go to that location again. I took my entire hour lunch period have to wait to get my order that had been ordered and paid in advance. Would give no stars if that had been an option.

It's a little subway so I can see why some people are giving bad reviews but I had a great experience! Very friendly staff and from what I saw very attentive to pick up orders. I don't get why their reviews are so low, it was nice.

Extremely helpful staff, all the subways usually feel the same but this one has a vibe!All the good subway promotional codes usually work in the app and it makes a joy of an experience for a UTA Student to make the most out of their lunch!
There is always a long line because of the highschoolers which get lunch here. The servixe is good though the ladies there are very nice and helpful. The place could be a bit cleaner though, and this subway location is fairly small though and there isnt much seating

So i walked in and there was a 3-5 people in front of me and when it became my turn she couldn't hear what I was saying and she messed up my food she put mayonnaise when I said tomatoes and she only had one type of bread like come on now she's lucky I tippedAnd when I did I gave her 10%
