I spent some a month one week at Texas rehabilitation Hospital with my mother. I stood outside and stared at the simple sign the Read Williams Chicken. Finally, I couldn't stand it any more so I walked across the street. Once inside the Franchisee greeted me and then talked to a few others. Ultimately he sat down at the table with me and asked a simple question. "How is it?"
