First time at one of the franchises and this particular location was very old and substandard. The chicken tenders were very greasy and nothing to write home about. The sign of a good chain restaurant is to be able to replicate quality across stores. In a world with Mike’s Chicken and Chik-fil-A, this can’t compare.

Got off super late and wanted a tender meal, walked in to 2 terrible attitudes behind the counter 20 minutes before closing (lazy and rude) and walked right back out. Not recommended. F this place

Whenever I’m near a Williams Chicken I would definitely stop and get something. This visit was kinda last minute but the service was quick and the food was fresh. 2pc white and spicy rice was the hitter this time.Got 5 from me on this one. I’ve never had a bad experience from the three locations I’ve visited.Parking: Lots of parking but this location seems to be more of stop in and go not really a “dine-in” per se but it’s convenient to either go inside or use the drive thru.

Chicken was cold and tough. Not much was right about the order, I got one less strip, missing a role and both my ranches.
The mixed fried chicken,chicken tenders,french fries,okra and friedchicken gizards are good here. I always get the food to go, although the inside dinning area always looks clean.

Went through drive thru today.only car in line. Ordered a large spicy, usually a meal by itself. This was the worst concoction I have ever eater.tasted dull and bland I guess they decided to cut back and only add half the ingredients. No wonder the older white guy at 5he window was skinning and grinning. I will never return to Arlington. Abrams location again. Also no napkin in sight!Kid-friendliness: The supposedly spicy rice was AWFUL!!!!

I spent some a month one week at Texas rehabilitation Hospital with my mother. I stood outside and stared at the simple sign the Read Williams Chicken. Finally, I couldn't stand it any more so I walked across the street. Once inside the Franchisee greeted me and then talked to a few others. Ultimately he sat down at the table with me and asked a simple question. "How is it?" Honestly, it is the second best Fried Chicken I have ever eaten.2nd only to my mom's and nobody can ever beat momma's chicken, right?I had it 2 more times while, mom was in the hospital. I wish I had gone the first day. Come to think of it I am about to drive across town for some more right now.
