These were the best Cajun wings that I have ever tasted! They didn't even make it to my dinner table. My husband and I devoured them in the car on the way home lol! The fries were cooked well(not soft) and seasoned perfectly! We will be returning.

Was out enjoying the beautiful weather and saw this colorful and stylish looking Food Truck. Decided to stop and check it out. The two of us had the Drunken Fries w the shrimp etouffee topping - the offsetting flavors were delicious. Also had the GG's Wings w fries - the wings were cooked to perfection, crispy outside and moist inside, with the batter light with the perfect dash of spice. While these two dishes were outstanding the Red Beans & Rice was perfection! Just the right wisp of garlic and the beans tasted as if they had been soaked in scrumptious flavoring all night! Each bite that brought a smile to our faces with every bite. Not at all what I expected from a food truck - this meal could have easily been served on white linen table cloth. Definitely will start following this mobile culinary gem and eager to try their other dishes. Delicious and very affordable - highly recommended!
