Was out enjoying the beautiful weather and saw this colorful and stylish looking Food Truck. Decided to stop and check it out. The two of us had the Drunken Fries w the shrimp etouffee topping - the offsetting flavors were delicious. Also had the GG's Wings w fries - the wings were cooked to perfection, crispy outside and moist inside, with the batter light with the perfect dash of spice. These were the best Cajun wings that I have ever tasted! They didn't even make it to my dinner table. My husband and I devoured them in the car on the way home lol! The fries were cooked well(not soft) and seasoned perfectly! We will be returning.
