“Our 1st time trying this place. We haven’t had any luck with finding a good sushi place since living in Denton for 5 years. Restaurant is clean and neat. Sushi chefs are Japanese which is a plus point. Servers can be a little bit more friendly. We ordered miso soups, a deep fried roll, salmon and tuna sashimi. The order came with salad. The salad didn’t look appetizing to me. The miso soup and deep fried roll were ok. The best part that we came for is the Sashimi was so so fresh. We would come back for the sashimi. Maybe just personal reference, we don’t like rolls with too much sauce on them.“
“I was recommended this place by a co-worker.All I can say is it’s truly an outstanding experience.I have had sushi from many places, most okay, some good, fewer great one and this one honestly has been the best yet.James and his son Jason along with the other staff are warm and welcoming. James gave me sushi recommendations based off what I enjoy. The cucumber lemonade made in house is wonderful. Until you make a klutz mistake and waste it all by spilling all over yourself like I did. I was furious at my clumsiness because I wasted a fair portion of it.They even refilled my glass after cleaning the mess I MADE!I will be coming back as often as I can when I make it back to Denton. This will be my number one stop.“
“Brianna was absolutely amazing! She was the most entertaining server I have ever met and was incredibly attentive. Not only does she have a beautiful personality, but she is also very knowledgeable about the menu and even offered suggestions. The food was incredible but the service was even better!“
“We ordered 2 dinner specials($25 total), 2 spicy tuna rolls, Red&White (top) and the Spider roll. Our rolls were delicious, generously filled, the layer of rice was fluffy/thin and didn't fall apart when picking it up. While we ordered out, the inside was clean and modern and the staff was friendly. I'll be back ASAP and recommend a visit if you're nearby.“
“I’m a very picky person and my waiter I got was amazing! She helped me out to figure out what I might like and big Kudos to her I was panicking a bit lol.I can’t remember the exact name of what I got but it was the spicy Ramen and I got shrimp in it too! I enjoy hot Cheetos and Takis so this might be for someone else too! I thought it wasn’t spicy enough but it’s super good!! But again I do appreciate the lady that helped me out cause I’m definitelyEating the same thing again.“
“My husband and I have lived in Dallas for over 20 years and this is by far one of the best Japanese ramen places we have ever eaten at!Their ramen here is very authentic, just like what we eat in Japan. The special sushi rolls are also delicious and look beautiful. We ordered the Muteki roll, which was like a work of art, so much so that we were reluctant to eat it !This place has bright décor with a high-ceilinged space that allows you to dine happily in a relaxed atmosphere. The price is also very reasonable, so you can enjoy high-end food at an average price. We will definitely come back to eat here often because it is so good! “Very good and delicious food, pleasant atmosphere, spectacular service, they look for just what you want to eat and prepared at the moment. I recommend it to youDietary restrictions: You can order your favorite vegetable dish with rice without salt. Without sauces, ask for the sauce to be on the side.“
