I don't live in Austin, I was visiting. I went to this place to get a salad. When I saw the Chipotle Chicken plate, I changed my mind and ordered it. I'm so glad I did. Man, this dish is absolutely amazing!!! I actually drempt about it days later. So, of course, I went back and ordered the same thing, not to be disappointed. Don't take my word. Try it for yourself.
Really hidden and by looks I was a little worried when I walked in. But the lady upfront was super sweet and the food was pretty fresh overall. I would say some of the lettuce needs some refreshing so I went for the mixed greens. The value for the dollar is pretty good. I got a large and loaded the heck out of my salad. The not so great value I would say is the meat or some of the grains..4.5 for quinoa is a bit wild for the portion. Same with the chicken which was 6. And artichoke...read full review

I miss the olden days of salad bar restaurants, Fresh Choice, and Sweet Tomatoes, which have all gone out of business. I'm glad 2N1 Salad Bar is a decent alternative. Their prices were reasonable, and portions were large. I paid $9.99 for a chicken Caesar salad with no croutons. They didn't skimp on protein either. I do, however, prefer the Caesar salad dressing at Whole Foods and Bartlett's.
