I live very close to the Dunkin Donuts / Baskin Robbins in Belterra Village. I have 14 grandchildren and 8 of them spend lots of time with me. This is by far the place that they ask to go to most often. I personally love the ice cream and have grown really fond of their donuts. The facility is always clean and the staff is always friendly and courteous. What a shitshow! Waited 5 minutes in the drive thru! Only one car ahead of me and no one ordering in the store. Get with it! When I said "hello" I was told to wait another "moment!"

This is by far the worst dunkin. Save your money and time and go to the summer moon down the road or Starbucks. They don't greet people whether drive thru or inside the store. I put in a mobile order, walked inside, stood at the front, and even asked for help in which I told to wait.
