Very worst service. I ordered dine in and they closed the main door. I went to drive thru counter for pickup and they asked me to go to order from the monitor area of the drive thru even though I don’t have a vehicle. When I went to that area and shouting at the mic, they are not even responding.

we got to bk around 9:50 and waited in dt till about 10:10 till someone answered we said okay maybe the speaker is out of order we pull forward wait another 5 mins for the car in-front of us to receive their order. we get to the window and the lady proceeded to try and charge us for an order of the car behind us. we say we waited at the speaker for almost 15 mins and no one answered she she proceeded to smile and say oh you need to pull around and walked away. very disrespectful we waited almost 15 mins at the speaker pulled forward just to find out they took the cars behind us orderers, and then proceeded to be rude and grin at us and we call to speak to the gm and they block my number.

Ordered food for my family through the drive through and asked for it to be freshly dropped, I received the food and upon reaching to the hotel 4min away everything was cold and old. My sandwich was missing lettuce and on top of this the girl at the drive through on 11/13/23 at 6:17pm was discourteous to a 5yr old that simply trying to tell her hi.

Food and coffee was good as expected at BK.The drive-through intercomm is having frustrating problems: the server and I had to repeat order details back-and-forth 2 - 5 times. Next time, I may just go up to the window to order: that worked better on my previous visit to this BK.

I use the app, I get exactly what I order, every time. This Burger King location is perfect, I sometimes eat here twice a day. I have never ordered in person, I only use the app, because I want to get things the way I like them. Great staff, great food, very fast.

Fantastic new BK along the I-35 SB interstate in Austin, just south of Pflugerville, which is combined with a Denny's. The drive thru was fast, and the folks were friendly, courteous, and professional. The food was hot and tasty, despite it being late and our order having multiple items. Note that the dining room closes at 8pm, and the drive thru closes at 11.

If the other reviews don’t already convince you not to come here, I hope this one does. All we ask for is no mayo and no cheese on the impossible whoppers and we only ever get the opposite nowadays. When this location was newer, the convenience to eat here was wonderful because of the care the workers put into getting my order right. And the food was always great too, I really mean that. It was always very fresh and well done. Such a convenience for vegetarians is rare; a very simple pleasure that I’m very grateful to have. I’m a big believer in questioning corporate accommodation and the value they place on their workers if things don’t go well, and Burger King isn’t the best company to work for in this regard. It is clear that these workers deserve more accommodation than they are getting. For these reasons, among others’ experiences described in the other reviews, absolutely let this business die. In the meantime, your order will never be right, you might get sick from what you eat, and the experience will always be an awful one. I hope every worker here finds a better place to make a living.

There is a male manager there that is super rude. I asked for food (that I had ordered and paid for) that was missing from the bag and he was super rude about giving me my full order. It took so long, and then at the end of that when I asked for sauce he then tried to charge me, despite making me wait forever and getting my order wrong twice.
