Bep Saigon is one of the underrated Vietnamese restaurants in Austin. They just changed ownership recently. There are a ton of menu items, both Vietnamese and Chinese items too but the Vietnamese stuff is the star of the show. We ordered some of the classic Vietnamese dishes like braised catfish (ca kho to) and canh chua (soup). We also enjoyed banh bot chien and bo luc lac (shaken beef).
