My daughter and I love to come here on Mondays after school, it’s become somewhat of a tradition. Unfortunately, the service has taken a severe turn for the worse. I always order online beforehand so our order is ready. It took them 20 minutes to have the order out and by that time the food was lukewarm and the drinks were watered down. I’ll be going to a different location, please don’t waste your time here.

Food was GREAT as usual...Miguel Morales on the other hand was rude and condescending to his coworker, that was trying to help me. As a "Trainer" he should know better. He also decided to assist other customers before me. Do better.

They need to fired everyone in here point blank. On Easter weekend took my grandbaby to take pictures with the Easter Bunny decided to stop by and pick up some food. After waiting in a long line, we approached the counter and me and my mother was left standing there for 5 mins. The young white boy just walk off never took our order never said anything, while the other employees just looked on. In fact, they to open up the next cash register and was going to leave us to stand there... I had to give a true black moment to even receive service. I never leave reviews. But now that I'm seeing all the reviews from black employees and photos on Facebook. I think the word needs to be spead around, how racist they are. I do believe (hell I know it) because I have my own encounter as a customer. No stars from me
I had a disappointing experience today at the Chick-Fil-A at Barton Creek Square mall location (Austin TX). Yes it was a busy time at the mall, and the line kept getting very long. We got our food (waited for 15 min or more in line), and then to get a refill they told us to go back to the line and wait to get just a refill. The lady who gave us this direction was also pretty rude. I feel like you should show some common sense and not tell your customers to wait in line when getting a refill would take her 5 seconds, nope she wants me to waste another 15 minutes of my time just to get a refill of the drink that I already paid for!! Probably won’t go back there anymore ?
