Muy buena experiencia pero aveces toman las órdenes mal y ponen lo que ellos quieren cuando quieres cambiar los puntos que juntas en vez de darte lo que quieres con los puntos te lo descuentan pero después al checar la orden no te dan lo que pediste con los puntos
Love Chick-fil-A all stores.This particular store is in Barton Creek Mall.Very busy great customer service.Peak time is noon at the mall and long lines but employees keep it going fast great professional service.Food is always salted just right and great taste.

Food is great as always but felt uncomfortable when the manager wearing a blue shirt decided to yell out “polo” when my order was ready. It’s not funny and it’s unnecessary to add insult to my given birth name, i have been a long time CFA customer and appreciate the customer service but this was just unnecessary.
