Is Easy Tiger a front or a social experiment? I’ve yet to visit a location that makes sense — as someone that grew up working in restaurants, I have to enter a mental state of amusement to make it through their chaotic ordering process. Easy Tiger Operations functions literally the opposite of a fine tuned machine. I’m not alone, there were at least five and up to twenty other dismayed customers trying to order to no avail. Told to go to another counter only to have them say “oh we don’t offer that type of item at this counter” and then upstairs because I had “table service” though there was literally no upstairs server. You almost have to fib during their “qualification process” just to get the bartender to take an order, to which they’ll likely roll their eyes. It’s insane. But great view!

Solid BLT — the bacon was thick and tasty. The “famous” pretzel isn’t bad but not my favorite. My partner had the faux meat sandwich and he liked it. Service was a bit slow.

It was our last day visiting Austin and looking forward to eating here.We arrived at 3:15 on 4/7 for lunch. The first issue was understanding where to order. There were separate counters for food and the pastries but that was poorly communicated. I waited in line for the pastries while my boyfriend was sent to the bar to order lunch. When it was my turn to order, I was told I now needed to go to the bar to order my pastries. Immediately I was annoyed due to the lack of communication.I meet up with my boyfriend at the bar and he still has not been acknowledged. Several other patrons were also waiting and had been waiting 20-25min just to have their order taken. After 15min of not being acknowledged, we left. It was unclear if there wasn’t a manager, staff did not know how to manage a crowd, or if they are not given the authority to manage a crowd.1 Star for the atmosphere as the place looked very unique and smelled delicious. I’m disappointed to be leaving Austin and not having the opportunity to eat here.

The service was terrible, or rather nonexistent. No one greeted me, and I was completely lost about where to order.Signs said had to order downstairs and grab my food if wanted to sit upstairs. Table service seemed to be only for inside tables. After waiting in line at the cashier, one of the two idle employees finally informed me that the cashier was closed and that I had to order at the bar. Servers weren't assisting customers in the order of arrival, and it seemed like they were giving preferential service to their friends or acquaintances. With many employees standing around seemingly unproductive, only about 20% appeared to be working. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes, I decided to leave.

Do you want to wait more than 30 minutes just to be acknowledged, not even order? Do you want rude service from the servers? Do you want to have a bottle spilled at your legs and not even a sorry? Then, this is the place for you! Food looks good in picture, but after waiting for so long and got a rude attitude, we left.

It's unfortunate to have to leave this review, especially as a fan of Easy Tiger's bread. However, my recent experience left much to be desired. Firstly, the ordering system was overly complicated. Why are food and alcohol drinks ordered at two different places? It doesn't make sense for patrons to wait in line twice for no apparent reason. Next, while ordering a beer at the bar, I inquired about a beer menu, only to be told there wasn't one. However, I later noticed a menu with all their beers listed on the other side of the bar. It seemed like the server either wasn't aware or simply didn't care to provide the information, which was disappointing. Lastly, when I returned to place a to-go order just before leaving, I ordered the lavender lemonade and a pretzel during their happy hour. The prices weren't accurately reflected, and I had to correct the cashier. To make matters worse, I received an alcoholic lemonade instead of the non-alcoholic one I had requested. This resulted in further delays as they had to remake the drink. Overall, the service from start to finish was subpar, and I doubt I'll be returning to Easy Tiger anytime soon. I'll stick to picking up their bread at HEB instead.

Location is awesome, but it’s hard to look past the horrendous service. I’d cut them some slack if the place was packed, but that’s rarely the case. It’s a bad look to have 5 servers standing around behind the bar and you still can’t get any sort of acknowledgment. Place needs an overhaul.

In the last 48 hours I have come here twice and had the all day breakfast bowl! They have no problem with substitutions. I love it it’s great and it’s very quality ingredients. The atmosphere is very casual and very relaxing and the weight staff is awesome!

It’s a really solid burger. There’s no need to get a double here because the beef is such solid quality and very dense. It’s pricey for a burger but very good

Wonderful place - excellent meals & pastries! Big outdoor play area keeps kids penned in while you enjoy great drinks. I also LOVE a place with actual waitstaff, rather than having to scratch at phones when we want to socialize. John S was a great waiter!

Our brunch experience this past Sunday at around 10:50 am was quite disappointing, marked by confusion and inefficiency. Initially, the queue to order appeared short, with only six people ahead, but the waiting time to place our order stretched inexplicably long (almost 30 minutes!). This was particularly challenging as we had an infant with us. The restaurant's system was confusing: signs clearly directed us to "order at the counter, seat yourself," yet we observed servers taking orders at tables. This mixed messaging led to further frustration. At one point, after a 20-minute wait with minimal progress, I decided to check on my wife's status in the queue, only to find her barely closer to the front. I returned to our outdoor seating, confused by the apparent presence of table service, contradicted by the signage. A server approached me outside, offering to take our order, but by then, my wife was nearing the front of the indoor queue, so I declined. Shortly afterward, we observed another couple receiving mixed instructions about whether to order inside or wait for table service, adding to the general sense of disorganization. Finally seated with our orders, we hoped the worst was behind us, but even the simple task of ordering mimosas from the bar was marred by rudeness ($20 for two small mimosas). The barista's brusque manner and the confusing interaction that followed with another bartender only compounded the sense of mismanagement we felt throughout our visit. This chaotic service approach, coupled with unclear ordering procedures, significantly detracted from our experience. Spending nearly 40 minutes of our limited outing navigating this confusion was far from ideal, leaving us with little desire to return. The lack of clear communication and organization suggested a deeper issue with management, overshadowing what should have been a pleasant family brunch.

View is great, food is overpriced and slow to come out. I ordered a Bagel, they up charged $2 for cream cheese and gave me a tiny amount.Everything is DIY but the lowest default tip option is 18%Very limited vegan and dairy free menuDietary restrictions: If you don’t eat dairy your options are avocado toast and… avocado toast
