I went here an a whim... trying cuisine I haven't had before. Got the Pollo Catrachos (fried, bone-in chicken with plantains, cabbage, creamy sauce, and pickled onions and root vegetables). It was a very generous portion (leg quarter plus additional drumstick). It was tasty, crunchy, seasoned well, not greasy and cooked thoroughly... some of the best fried chicken I've had. Quaint little food truck featuring authentic Honduran food- locals frequent. The prices are more akin to Austin prices compared to the rest of Texas. My Pork Chop was DRENCHED in mayo. If I were to return, I'd ask for "no mayonnaise please" (or at least have it on the side). Often, this little truck is closed, but when open, it gets very busy and take time to get your food order prepared.
