Ok I don’t know why this truck isn’t operating a full restaurant bc this is by far the best food in Austin. Not just food truck, but food. Period. I've eaten at at least a half dozen Ethiopian restaurants, and the food at this trailer is definitely the best. We got the awaze and shekla - a dry beef dish that doesn't have a sauce. Both were good but the shekla was superb and the reason we sought out this vendor when we were in Austin recently even though they had changed locations since the last time we were there and it was over 100F - not exactly great weather for eating outside.
